PAYMENT OPTIONS

Funitic.com accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal Transfer. Please talk/chat with us or email us at sales@funitic.com for any questions/queries. We would be more than happy to help you with.

Currently, we do not accept payment via Check or Money Order

SALES TAX

All orders excluding Virginia is excluded from sales tax

SHIPPING POLICY

Funitic.com ship Worldwide, Goods will be delivered to the delivery/shipping address given when you place your order unless you are contacted by Funitic.com. In Case of some bulk oversized orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and any area including APO/FPO/DFPO/International Shipping, not within the 48 contiguous U.S. states are subject to an additional shipping charge. Funitic.com is not liable for any customs duties/Taxes that might be incurred when the goods are shipped. 

We ship orders within 1-2 business days or if any delay due to unprecedented issues, it will be informed via email registered with us while placing the order.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service or any highly qualified common carrier.

DELIVERY TIME

Every effort will be made to deliver your goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, however, Funitic.com will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through delays in delivery.

Our manufacturing partners are located throughout different parts of the world including India, China, Japan, Dubai, Russia and much more.  Because we ship directly from our partners’ facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 1-2  weeks to arrive.

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way

For all international shipping (exclude Canada) please add 10+ days to the normal USA shipping time.

For Canada shipment,  please add 4-6 days to the normal USA shipping time.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION ORDER 

For any Change of Delivery Adress or Change in the Order, it is advised to contact Funitic.com via Email/Chat (sales@funitic.com) withing 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee proper delivery if this is not followed or incorrect address is provided while placing an order. Due to an incorrect address or if a customer needs replacing/change an order after 24 hours of placing the order, the complete product charge will be born by the customer. So we request complete attention and caution while placing an order.

Post completion of 24 Hours of Placing the Order, We will not be entertaining any Refund / Return / Cancellation/ Change of Order except for any Shipping Damage, Incorrect Product Delivery or Manufacturing Issue.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Where the purchaser does not want the goods they can only be returned at the prior agreement of Funitic.com and may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product price at the purchased time.

WRONG PRODUCT / DAMAGED ITEM

If there is internal damage (non-visible, discovered after acceptance of delivery) you must contact us within 24 hours via chat/email (sales@funitic.com) in order for us to be responsible for the damage. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will file a claim with the shipping company and we will follow up with the carrier until resolved. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, your claim will be nulled. We encourage you to inspect your package thoroughly and right away so that any problems are avoided.

If the product delivered is damaged outside the box, please mark it down as Damaged at Delivery & also get the delivery guy signed as  Damaged at Delivery in the receipt. 

RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Funitic.com is 100% customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase, our goal is to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible. 

If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product and Funitic.com will replace the item. We will issue an RMA and give you instructions on how to ship the item back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product to you. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. Or, you may choose to wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue credit before placing the new order.

Return item must be unused/unblemished by any trials or other sign of wear and tear and original Packaging Protection must all be retained. Funitic.com have the right to return the product back promptly to the customer if any one of the components is missing or used or have a wear. Please contact sales@funitic.com for an RMA number issued to the customer. Refund of the final invoice price ( minus 25% restocking fee+ shipping fee) will be issued to the customer

A product that has been installed, modified or has missing parts cannot be returned to us. We will be happy to assist you on cases where the product is having manufacturing defects and entitled to manufacturing warranty. 

Labour, Installation or any other surcharges from the original invoices are non-refundable.
